A person is in custody after an M&T Bank robbery in Dunkirk, Md. Police say officers pursued the suspect before the suspect crashed the vehicle.

Police told 7News that a suspect robbed an M&T Bank located at 10090 Southern Maryland Boulevard around 1 p.m.

Police said that’s when the suspect crashed the vehicle nearby.

At this time, Route 2/Grovers Turn Road in Owings, Md. will be closed for an extended period of time due to the crash.
