A local rapper celebrates his 25th birthday in police custody!
Ibnisa Durr, also known as “Paper Lovee” on stage, was wanted for allegedly shooting another person multiple times in Atlanta back in May.
The APD Fugitive Unit tracked him down today in Sandy Springs in the middle of traffic at GA-400 and I-285 and he was armed.
Incredibly no one was seriously injured.
