Earlier this month, OJ Da Juiceman, born Otis Whitfield Williams Jr., was preparing to make his musical comeback after jumping on a song with female rap sensation Sukihana.
The Atlanta rapper was formerly affiliated with Gucci Mane‘s 1017 Brick Squadand Waka Flocka Flame‘s Brick Squad Monopoly until late 2013, when he got into a huge Twitter feud with Guwop.
Since the split, OJ has released content independently and upon linking up with Sukihana, his comeback was in the making.
A source exclusively told Hollywood Unlocked that two days before his arrest in Coweta County, OJ Da Juiceman had filmed a music video with Sukihana for their viral song “Selling.”
The single hit the US Top 40 Songs chart at No. 3, was co-signed by Doja Cat, and maintains its status as the biggest record in Atlanta right now. However, of the two independent artists, only one is free to savor the moment and celebrate the mountains of success they’ve achieved.
