San Diego, California: Officers investigating reports of a shooting in Mission Beach located shell casings on Mission Boulevard near Belmont Park, according to San Diego PD.
The shooting caused mass, voluntary evacuation of the area.
Early investigation reports no victims and no suspects in custody.
