
Raquan Wilson, 19, 170-08 liberty ave,. was arrested this past Sunday at 720 pm at halsey st and broadway, Brownsville,73 pct, when a loaded 9mm handgun was recovered inside a car he was in with two others. He was charged with cpw. He was RORÕd. Wilson is a member of the folk nation milly gang. He already has three previous gun arrests. 2/15/19 he was arrested in Brooklyn with a loaded 9mm semi automatic. He pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing. 6/15/19 he was arrested and indicted in Brooklyn for having a loaded 380 semi automatic, he is out on bail. 6/4/20 he was arrested in queens during a gunpoint robbery with a .38 caliber derringer 7/15/20 He was also arrested in queens with four others for a gunpoint robbery inside 37-05 union st He was also arrested for assault in 2017-he was 15. Òit is unbelievable that he could just walk out after his latest arrest,Ó said a law enforcement source. Òhe has pled guilty to possessing a gun, and charged with two other gun arrests. These are serious crimes and someone should use common sense and remand him.

MangoAn alleged teen gang member’s fifth gun bust landed him behind bars Monday.Raquan Wilson, 19, was remanded by Judge Craig Walker in the Youth Part of Brooklyn Supreme Court after he was arrested last week along with two pals and a loaded SAR 9mm pistol in a fanny pack on the floor of an Uber.
“I did tell Mr. Wilson part of the agreement was no new arrests,” Walker said of the deal allowing Wilson to walk free as he awaited trial for an armed robbery in June 2019. “This was with a loaded firearm in the car. Mr. Wilson is going to be remanded.”
One of Wilson’s pals had claimed ownership of the pistol, but prosecutors said the gun would be tested for DNA and they would be back in court on April 27 when the results come back.
He was cut free when he appeared for that case since it was still unclear to whom the firearm belonged.Walker added, “I want to see what happens with those Queens matters.”
Wilson, an alleged member of the Folk Nation gang who was charged in a murder at age 15, has a total of five pending gun cases.
The teen danced and sang as he entered the courtroom Monday morning, but when the cuffs were slapped on, he turned to his girlfriend in court and they both said, “I love you.”
