Northeast District Attempt Murder Arrest
In reference to the shooting that occurred on August 21, 2021, in the 6000 block of Belair Road, investigators have arrested 47 year-old Damian Palmer.
Investigators believe that Palmer shot the victim following a dispute.
Warrant Apprehension detectives located Palmer in the 9600 block of Pulaski Highway and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted 1st degree murder.
Northeast District Shooting Investigation
On August 21, 2021, at approximately 12:49 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers were dispatched to the 6300 block of Belair Road to investigate a shooting.
When officers arrived, medics were treating a 29-year-old male victim for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder.
