Neighbor finds victim dead in his apartment.
Earlier today, Tulsa Police Officers responded to an apartment near 3100 E. Tecumseh and contacted a neighbor who had found the victim deceased in his apartment.
Our Homicide Detectives are actively working on this case and looking for anyone that may have information about this incident.
