Philadelphia 76ers guard Kelly Oubre Jr. was a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle in Center City, Philadelphia tonight and is receiving treatment at a local hospital, a Sixers spokesman tells ESPN. Oubre Jr., is currently in stable condition.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that nine-year NBA veteran Kelly Oubre Jr. was hospitalized during the evening after getting “struck by a motor vehicle.”Â
Via Wojnarowski:Â “Philadelphia 76ers guard Kelly Oubre Jr. was a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle in Center City, Philadelphia tonight and is receiving treatment at a local hospital, a Sixers spokesman tells ESPN. Oubre Jr., is currently in stable condition.”
Oubre Jr. is in his first season with the 76ers and is averaging 16.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.4 steals per contest while shooting 50.0% from the field and 37.8% from the three-point range in eight games.
