NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has met with the press after 4 hours of talks with the Russian security delegation in Brussels, revealing:

▪️Russia has not yet accepted NATO’s offer to hold a series of broad security consultations

▪️NATO is ready for both sides to reopen respective offices in Moscow & Brussels without preconditions

▪️NATO added the alliance’s collective defense guarantees do not apply to Kiev – but Russia has no right to veto it joining.
