A man is in jail, charged with using a stolen credit card to buy nearly $10,000 worth of items.
The probable cause affidavit for Lamonn Anderson says a victim ordered a credit card in June of 2023 but never received it, then, noticed fraudulent charges on that account.
Itsays there was $8,700 at Fabulous Frame and Body, $565 at City Gear, $32 at E-Z Pawn and $264 at T-mobile, all within 3 hours and June 6th, 2023.
It says Anderson was on surveillance video at one of the businesses, making the charge.
Records show the following convictions for Anderson in Tulsa County:
April 2023: having a gun as a felon; 1 year suspended
September 2020: having a gun as a felon, selling meth, forgery and stolen property; 2 years in prison (4 total with 2 in prison and 2 suspended.
August 2017: drugs and guns
2017: gun as a felon and resisting
2016: drugs
2016: drugs
2011: 2 assault and battery on a police officer and drugs
For all those cases, he was given 4 years in prison and that sentence was in August of 2017.
