Mystery Bitcoin whale makes MASSIVE purchase amidst surging value
An unknown bitcoin whale has hoovered up an apparently huge swathe of the crypto as its price surged to a five-month high on Monday of over $57k, marking a 32% rise in October.
The entire cryptocurrency market is no adjudged to be $2.3tn, above even Big Tech giants Amazon, Google and Microsoft – only Apple is valued higher.
The roaring recent success hasn’t impressed JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon though, who called crypto “worthless” at an Institute of International Finance event on Monday.
