A Muskogee woman is headed to federal prison for 10 years for kidnapping and robbery.
31 year old Ashton Clark had pleaded guilty last year.
-The crimes happened September 11th, 2021 when police say Clark and Patrick “Savage” McHenry, kidnapped, beat and raped a woman and carjacked a man in a motel parking lot.
Investigators say Clark and McHenry used that man’s car to take the woman to Braggs, where they held her, until she escaped.
McHenry is charged with rape, kidnapping and conspiracy in Muskogee County court and it’s still making its way through the process.
Records show McHenry has previous convictions for running from police and having drugs.
Clark has previous convictions for larceny of an auto, child abuse, false impersonation, concealing stolen property and drugs.
