RawNews1st – OSBI Agents have gotten a murder warrant for Brock Thompson in connection to the disappearance of 23 year old Devin Viles, who went missing last summer.
Viles was last seen on July 11th, 2022 at a family member’s house.
He was reported missing to Bartlesville Police on August 5th.
Investigators learned Thompson was the last person to be with Viles before he disappeared.
Human remains were found on September 30th, in a rural pasture 10 miles east of Highway 169 in Nowata County.
The M.E. will determine the identity of the remains, as well as cause and manner of death.
Agents say the remains were found in a location where Viles and Thompson were last known to be together.
Thompson is currently in D.O.C. after being convicted on charges related to drug trafficking in January 2016 and was paroled in April 2021.
He was put back in prison last month for violating his parole.
