Police, firefighters and paramedics from Chicago responded about 2:40 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022 to a report of a shooting at Benito Juarez High School, 2150 South Laflin Street, Chicago.
In an early report, two people were reported shot inside the school, and one gunshot victim was reported outside the school.
An EMS Plan 1 was activated, but initially only three victims were found at the school.
A gunshot victim was also reported located on Cermak Road.
No confirmation was indicated on Cermak Road as of 2:55 p.m. Ambulances were staged at Cermak Road and Laflin Street.
