The body of the woman — identified by family as Yazmeen Williams — was found stuffed inside a sleeping bag and left among several black trash bags placed on the sidewalk for garbage collection outside 207 E. 27th St. around 5 p.m. Friday, cops said.

Cops confirmed Monday that she was shot in the head and her death was ruled a homicide.

ā€œ[Officers] said, ā€˜Are you Yazmeen Williams’ mother?ā€™ā€ Yazmeen’s mother, Nicole Williams, told The Post at her apartment building. ā€œAnd I said, ā€˜Yes I’m Nicole Williams. I’m her mother.’ And they said, ā€˜Your daughter has been shot.’

ā€œAnd I said, ā€˜OK, and she’s going to be all right?’ And they said no, that she died,ā€ the grief-stricken mom said as she collapsed in tears. ā€œThey said she’s dead. I fainted and the officer had to pick me up off the floor.ā€

ā€œShe’s my baby!ā€ Williams added. ā€œWe got to get justice for her!ā€

ā€œShe didn’t deserve what happened to her!ā€

A man was seen pulling the makeshift body bag on an electric wheelchair before the sack was discovered, law enforcement sources said.
