RawNews1st – Hoover Police said Carlethia “Carlee” Russell called 911 around 9:30 Thursday night to report a toddler walking alongside I-459 near Exit 11.
That’s the area near the Galleria Mall and and HWY 150.
HPD said Russel called a relative to tell them what happened. HPD also said that relative lost contact with Russel but the line remained open.
When officers arrived at the scene near Exit 10, HPD said they discovered Russell’s car and some of her personal items nearby. However, they didn’t see Russell or the child.
The missing woman is 5 feet and 4 inches tall. She weighs between 150 and 160 pounds. Russell was last seen wearing a black shirt, white Nike shoes, and black pants.
Family members say Russell drives a red Mercedes. If you see Russell, dial 911 or Hoover Police at 205-444-7562.
