Rawnews1st– The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is search for missing person, Charlie LACOSTA of St. John’s.
The RNC are searching for missing person, 17-year-old Charlie LACOSTA of St. John’s. LACOSTA was last seen in the area Topsail Road, St. John’s on December 6, 2022.
LACOSTA is described as being about five feet and nine inches tall, 126 pounds, and has blue eyes with blond hair.
