The Sydney model’s family confirmed the news and paid tribute to their ‘angel’ following her shock and tragic death.
It was reported that a decision was made to take her off life support after she suffered an accident a few weeks ago.
It is understood that it was a horse riding accident.
“We loved with a love that was more than love,” her partner Tom Bull stated.
Friends and family took to her final Instagram post, which was shared in April, to pay their condolences.
Photographer Chris Dwyer also paid tribute to Sienna, calling her a ‘kind soul’.
“You were one of the kindest souls in the world, you lit up the room and the world is a lot darker now that you are gone,” he said.
“Hope wherever you are, you’re being the gremlin we all know and love. Miss you so much already.”
