A Miamisburg man will face murder and other charges stemming from the deadly shooting of a Lebanon man earlier this month, according to Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell.
Hemilo Ramon Castro, 19, of Miamisburg was indicted by a Warren County grand jury Monday on charges of murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence connected to a shooting June 5.
Joseph E. Kancy, of Lebanon, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest in the 900 block of North Broadway Street in Lebanon around 7 p.m. June 5. Kancy was later pronounced dead.
Castro was arrested June 18 and remains booked in the Warren County Jail Monday, according to online jail records.
Castro is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Wednesday.
