Relative to the below incident, officers arrested 23-year-old Quinton Howard for 1st Degree Murder, Armed Criminal Action, and Failure to Report a Shooting.
Warrants will be applied on at the Circuit Attorney’s Office.
Victim: 31-year-old Manu Barge
Officers responded to a call for a shooting at the Metrolink Station. Upon arrival, officers located the victim inside the eastbound Metrolink train, suffering from a gunshot wound to his ear.
EMS pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. The Homicide Division responded and assumed the ongoing investigation.
