RawNews1st – DMPD detectives are requesting the community’s assistance with locating a material witness in the ongoing investigation of the Jan. 23rd shooting incident at Starts Right Here.
18-year-old Des Moines resident Kemoney Charles Lee McDuffy has an active Material Witness warrant.
Evidence indicates that McDuffy has information that will aid in furthering the investigation of the murders of Gionni Dameron and Rashad Carr, and the attempted murder of Will Keeps.
McDuffy is 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs.
