Des Plaines, IL – Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation Violent Crimes Unit Zone 1 Agents arrested Mark A. Hall, a 25-year-old male of Chicago for two counts of Attempted Murder (Class X Felony).
At approximately 9:15 p.m., ISP District Chicago Troopers responded to an expressway shooting that occurred on Interstate 94 northbound ramp to Sibley Boulevard, Calumet City.
On July 11, 2022, after a thorough investigation, Hall was taken into custody.
The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office approved two counts of Attempted Murder against Hall.
On July 12, 2022, Hall’s bond was set by the court at $200,000 with 10% to apply. There is no further information available.
The public is reminded that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
