Broken Arrow Police arrest a former foster father accused of molesting three children, ages 8, 11 and 16 and sending inappropriate videos to a teenager.
As with most affidavits in cases of this nature, much of it is far too graphic and heartbreaking to share.
It says DHS contacted Police about the investigation.
It says Mark Dungan knew the victims and the accusations range from repeated acts of inappropriate touching, forced sex acts, and forcing the victims to watch porn.
One of the victims said the abuse started at the age of 7 and Dungan bribed them with candy and games to engage in sexual behavior and not to tell.
It says Dungan later demanded pictures from the victim.
It says he also sent inappropriate pictures and videos to a teenager, including 30 videos showing Dungan having sex, telling the teen, he sent them because he was proud and they were instructional.
It says one of the victims said about previous encounters, “I just don’t understand why no one believes me, that he did bad things to me all the time and he isn’t in jail.”
He’s charged with 3 counts of lewd molestation and 1 count of using technology for sexual communication with a minor.
