MANHUNT FOR MACARTHUR MALL SHOOTING SUSPECT
Norfolk Police just identified Gary L. Moore, 39, of Virginia Beach, as the suspect in the deadly MacArthur Center shooting Saturday night.
He now has warrants for second degree murder, two counts of malicious wounding, and three counts of use of a firearm.
Roosevelt McKinney was shot to death, while two other people survived their gunshot wounds.
Police Chief Larry Boone said the shooting stemmed from an argument over money.
