A man who was an Ag teacher and FFA advisor in Holdenville, is charged in federal court with having child pornography.
The affidavit for Cody Richison, says in August, the FBI interviewed a man who confessed to viewing child pornography and that man was indicted in September.
It says during a search of his devices in November, they found text messages to Richison.
It says in those messages, Richison talked about having sex with a 10 year old and being interested in even younger children.
It says search warrants were served on Richison’s phone.
It says Richison told agents he had received 100 photos/videos of children being sexually abused, starting in 2020 and continuing through 2024, some showing boys and girls as young as infants.
It says Richison told agents, in addition to working with kids, he had also thought about becoming a foster parent.
This is a charge, not a conviction.
