The man who tried to kill his wife at the Tulsa airport, nearly hit innocent citizens and shot an officer, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Joseph Watson pleaded guilty to 3 counts of shooting with intent to kill, 1 count each of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, threatening a violent act and having a gun as a felon.
He was sentenced to life in prison with the first 30 years served in prison and the last 15 years to be suspended.
He was given other sentences as well, but, the judge ordered them to all run at the same time.
He was also ordered to have anger management and drug/alcohol counseling while in prison.
