Man who tried to dive out high-rise window in Boston following discovery of body to face a judge

Michael Perry, 37, is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, according to the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office.
The charge comes on the heels of a suspicious death investigation at 35 Northampton Street in Roxbury.
Officers responded to the apartment building for a wellness check of a resident on the twelfth floor just after 8 p.m. Sunday, according to Boston police.
Upon arrival, officers knocked on the door and yelled out to the resident inside but did not receive a response. After gaining entry to the apartment, officers discovered a deceased individual, police said.
