Tuesday night in the Gresham neighborhood, a man was shot multiple times and critically injured.
According to police, the 24-year-old man was exiting his vehicle around 8 p.m. in the 8900 block of South Lowe Avenue when a woman approached him and shot him before fleeing.
He was shot multiple times in the legs and was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, according to police.
As Area Two detectives conduct their investigation, no one is in custody.
