A man was shot in the West Englewood neighborhood on Tuesday night.
According to police, the 31-year-old was standing in a yard just before 10 p.m. when gunfire erupted in the 6700 block of South Hoyne Avenue.
He was hit in the arm and taken to Holy Cross Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
As Area One detectives conduct their investigation, no one is in custody.
