Man was charged for second degree manslaughter after improper gun handling

RawNews1st – Police found 17 year old Jordan Esteban with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to injuries at 9:30 pm.
Tulsa Police Officers were called to a shooting at 1950 S. Garnett.
The 21 year old suspect Oscar Zermeno and witnesses claimed that the shooting was accidental as the young men were passing around a gun in the car.
Zermeno was booked for second degree manslaughter.
