A man was charged after allegedly kicking and breaking windows on a CTA Green Line train last month.
Zander Glass, 20, was arrested on Monday in connection with several vandalism incidents reported on August 17.
Glass was identified as one of the offenders responsible for $42,700 in CTA property damage.
Surveillance video captured the offenders breaking windows near the Cottage Grove station, 800 E. 63rd St.
He was charged with six counts of criminal property damage to the government.
Today, Glass was due to appear in bond court.
