RawNews1st – Flint Police responded to the 1300 blk. Lillian for a man down. Upon arrival, Donald Kastler (58) was found to be deceased due to stab wounds.
The investigation has led to an arrest warrant to be issued for Charles Crutcher (39) for 1st Degree Murder, Domestic Violence and Habitual Offender Fourth Offense.
