RawNews1st – Winter Haven Police want to know if anyone recognizes this man.
He entered Lowes (490 Citi Center) and selected a multi-tool worth more than $100.
He took it out of the package and placed it in his pocket.
He was last seen wearing tan shorts, striped shirt with a blue undershirt, black backpack and camo hat.
If you recognize this suspect, please contact the Heartland Crime Stoppers. If you happen to know the suspect call 911 immediately or go to your local authorities!
