Man shot and killed yesterday for shooting randomly at passing cars
Tulsa Police say the man shot and killed yesterday for shooting randomly at passing cars and people, was 21 year old Elmer Vargas.
Tulsa County Court Records show:
3-8-21: he was charged with assault and battery by strangulati8on and assault and battery on a pregnant woman.
8-10-22: he was charged with 1st degree burglary and having an unlawful weapon
3-31-23: he was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault and battery in presence of a minor
Each case was dismissed when the prosecuting witness failed to cooperate or show up to court.
