Steven Rivers, 30, had just been released from the Florida DOC in December 2025 after serving time for lewd and lascivious conduct.
The latest victim was waiting near a bus stop outside a campus guard gate.
She told officers an unknown man began whistling at her.
The woman left the bus stop and walked back toward campus and her dormitory.
Authorities said the suspect pinned her against a building door and s*xually battered her before fleeing.
