The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office got a call about shots being fired inside a home on March 6, 2021 and the deputy found Annie Weeley on the floor, shot in the chest and another family member on the couch, shot in the stomach and lower back.
Annie Weeley didn’t make it and the other victim had emergency surgery. Deputies found the suspect about an hour later and was arrested.
