RawNews1st – Police say a call about a man parked in a handicap spot, smoking meth, led to 2 arrests this afternoon near 51st and Memorial.

When the officer got there, the man was inside and when he came out, the officer asked about not having a handicap placard.
They say Logan Bacon, showed the officer a placard, but, admitted, it wasn’t his.

Police say Bacon had a warrant so was arrested and had a small balloon containing white powder in his pocket and another one in the car.

Store employees told police a woman with Bacon had been in the store, stealing items, but, then ran off.
Police found Caitlan Ellingson hiding in a nearby marijuana dispensary.

Police say the white powder was fentanyl so Bacon was arrested for trafficking fentanyl, resisting and illegally parking in a handicap spot.

Ellingson was arrested on 3 Tulsa County felony warrants for her court cases that included larceny of an automobile, ID theft and false impersonation.
