A man out on bond for aggravated DUI, has been arrested again, for DUI and other crimes.
Coweta Police say an officer pulled over Floyd Hicks overnight and when he went to put the cuffs on Hicks, Hicks punched the officer in the face and took off running.-Officers caught him hiding nearby.
The officer is going to be okay.-Hicks was booked for DUI-3rd offense, assault on a police officer, breaking and entering, resisting, obstruction and having a revoked driver’s license.
Wagoner County Records show:-May 23, 2023: Hicks was charged with aggravated DUI, and no driver’s license.
August, 2019: Hicks was found guilty of DUI and given a 1 year suspended sentence.
The charges from last week and overnight, are not convictions.
