A Tulsa man on probation for stalking, has been charged with threatening a violent act, accused of threatening to kill his 72 year old mother who’s 4’11” and weighs 80 pounds.
The probable cause affidavit for Grady Robinson says on 11-8-23, he woke up his mother and told her to go collect rent with him, but, she declined, so he got mad and yelled at her and followed her into the kitchen, yelling and damaging her property then stabbed a kitchen counter with a hunting knife and threatened to kill her if police were called.
It says he dragged her back to the bedroom by her hair and head-butted her, then threatened to kill her roommate (the mother of Robinson’s child) and make the victim watch, before killing the victim.
It says the roommate came home and was able to lock Robinson out of the house and call police.
It says the roommate has an active protective order against Robinson.
Records show Robinson was convicted of 2 counts of stalking in December of 2022 and ordered to spend 1 year in prison and 4 years on probation.
He served less than 5 months and was released in May of 2023.
