A man is in custody, charged with impregnating a 13 year old girl, when he was 22.
The affidavit for Rolando Alvarado says it happened in 2013 when the two were “dating.”
It says she gave birth in Tulsa in May of 2014.
It says in September of 2018, she filed a police report.
It says Alvarado admitted to it when questioned by police, but said he thought she was 18 when they had sex.
It says he admitted to police that even after he found out her age, he kept having sex with her.
The charges were filed in December of 2019 and he was picked up May 7th for trafficking in fentanyl and the child sex abuse warrant.
