A man is headed to federal prison for 13 years for 2nd degree murder.
Federal prosecutors say 27 year old Daijon Welch pleaded guilty.
Police say it happened in April of 2022 near 31st and Memorial.
One victim was shot in the face, arm and stomach, but, lived.
Cameron Wilson was shot and killed.
Records show he had been convicted of armed robbery and drugs in 2016 in Tulsa County and sentenced to 5 years in prison with 10 years suspended.
