A Tulsa man is charged with three counts of lewd molestation.
The affidavit for Eric Miller shows numerous accusations made against Miller over the years, that were never reported to police.
It says in the current case, a child under the age of 5, had a rash on her privates and when asked by her mother about it, the girl said Miller had sexually abused her.
That mother immediately reported it to police to start the investigation.
It says detectives also talked to a woman who is now a grown-up, who said Miller molested her weekly from the time she was 9 until she was 11, then raped her numerous times, until she turned 13.
She said he stopped when Miller became interested in a younger girl at church.
It says Miller told the girl not to tell and told her, no one would believe her, if she did.
That girl did not tell.
It says police talked to another woman who is a grownup now, who said Miller drugged and raped her when she was 14 and she ended up getting pregnant from that rape and having a child.
-That case was not reported.
It says 2 different churches asked Miller to leave for inappropriate contact with a child.
It says the first church caught Miller in a secluded area with a 5 year old on his lap and they made him leave.
It says the second church made Miller sign a document saying he would not be alone with children, but he did not comply.
It says in another incident, a man caught Miller trying to touch the privates of the man’s 9 year old niece and the man kicked Miller out of the house and never allowed him back.
It says in another case, a man called police in 2020 when Miller accidentally sent the man a picture of a 5 year old child in a suggestive pose.
These charges are not a conviction.
