A Tulsa man is charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl he’s known for 10 years.
The affidavit for Yaudiel Yasi-Perez says the victim said he raped her numerous times.
It says it started as gifts and money to be kept secret and being “touchy” with her, then escalated.
It says he told the victim afterward, to delete her text messages and take a shower.
It says he also made a video of the assault and the victim turned it over to police and police were also able to retrieve her deleted messages.
It says the victim told a friend, who reported it at school, who called police and the victim’s mother and a police and DHS investigation began.
It says Yasi-Perez was charged in May with 3 counts of violating protective order, by using several different accounts to make contact.
It says another young girl also reported Yasi-Perez was “touchy” with her and when she told an adult, Yasi-Perez apologized for making the girl uncomfortable.
This is a booking photo from May.
Yasi-Perez has a hold on him for Immigration.
This is a charge, not a conviction
