Man is charged with second degree rape in Cleveland County

A 29 year old Bixby man is charged with second degree rape in Cleveland County, accused of having sex with a 15 year old girl at a track meet in Norman.

The probable cause affidavit for Brandon Presley says it happened February 10th and the girl told a relative on February 15th, who called police and the girl was given a forensic interview.

It says the girl told police, she was at a track meet and left in a vehicle with Presley and he sexually assaulted her.

This is a charge, not a conviction.
