A man is charged with lewd molestation after three different girls come forward, accusing him of very similar behaviors.
The affidavit for Spencer Neyman says the girls say he touched them inappropriately, watched them undress at times through a crack in the door and tried to have sex with them.
It says each girl said Neyman threatened them with “consequences” if they told and convinced them that no one would believe them.
It says they at least two adults they felt uncomfortable around him and scared of him.
It says one of them put her phone on speaker so a relative could hear Neyman pressuring her to have sex and touching her.
The affidavit says police learned while Neyman was a juvenile, he was reported for making sex noises in class, masturbating and getting the attention of girls to look and grabbing one girl’s privates numerous times.
