A Tulsa man is charged with domestic assault and battery resulting in great bodily harm.
The probable cause affidavit for Seth West says it happened January 11th, and resulted in the victim having a broken nose and a brain bleed.
It says a neighbor called 911, hearing a woman screaming and crying and sounds of a fight.
It says the victim told police she was in the apartment with her ex boyfriend and his new girlfriend and a fight between the 2 women happened and West jumped into it and punched the victim many times in the face.
It says she reported blacking out and was hazy about what happened and paramedics could tell she needed to go to the hospital.
