A Tulsa man is charged with 2 counts of sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 12.
The affidavit for Robert Locke is too detailed to report, but says young girls accuse him of touching them sexually and even rape.
It says one said she had nightmares and one went into therapy and it started as young as 6 years old and happened repeatedly over a period of years.
It says the victims gave a details that investigators were able to confirm.
It says Locke denied anything happened on purpose and said if it did, it must’ve been accidental and said he didn’t want the victims to feel anything was their fault and he had been traumatized himself as a child and he believed in closure and would write them a letter of apology but wasn’t sure what to say.
