A Tulsa County man has now pleaded guilty to having and distributing child pornography.
25 year old Benjamin McCracken was sentenced to 7 years in prison (total of 12 years with 7 in prison and 5 suspended.)
The affidavit says the Kik app sent a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about child sex abuse material being shared.
Tulsa County investigators tracked it to McCracken and when they were at his home with a warrant, they overheard him tell his mother, someone had sent it to him.
But, investigators found 62 videos/images he had shared with 21 others in a closed Kik group chat depicting infants and toddlers under the age of 5 being raped.
They discovered he had 77 additional images that were similar and they found where he asked the others in the chat for “kitty porn” saying he specifically wanted “little girls.”
