A Rogers County man has now pleaded guilty to 3 counts of lewd molestation.
Investigators say Rocky Brown sexually abused a girl he knew, starting when she was 12 years old and ending when she was 15.
She had played a recorded phone call for investigators where she and Brown discussed the abuse.
When investigators asked Brown about it, they say he admitted there had been sexual acts because “the child is sexually curious” but denied any intercourse.
Investigators say Brown and the victim both said authorities in AR and KS had previously investigated similar allegations, but, the child had not been believed.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
