An Ardmore man has been found guilty of cyberstalking and shooting at his ex-girlfriend.
Federal prosecutors in Muskogee say a federal jury found 21 year old Geovanta Lee, guilty on five counts during a trial this week.
Prosecutors proved Lee followed his ex-girlfriend when she was driving and when she stopped, he shot at her car, hitting the trunk and the driver’s side.
They say for the next month, he used Facebook and phone calls, to intimidate and harass her.
They say he also had a video on his phone, showing the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Sentencing will be later.
